Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your parcel to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier or local post office and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
